    About us

    Our Story

    Mitra Fadaei

    Director

Mitra Fadaei was born in Iran and is the mother of two adult children. After she arrived in Australia, Mitra ran a family day care business from home for five years.  In 2013 she transitioned to work for nanny agencies for seven years. “I always wish to help all children,” Mitra says.

It was while working with families in crisis, that Mitra noticed a common concern of parents: that many were worried about preparing their children for school, and an idea formed… Mitra thought a systematic program for nannies and parents could provide a more productive and structured environment for children to help prepare them for the challenges of school.

Seeing a gap in the current system, Mitra began planning her own curriculum. Due to the educational problems which arose during the pandemic, Mitra decided to provide a complete educational program for preschool children without the need for screens, both for children who must stay at home and for all childcare, FDC educators, nannies, and parents.

The program has been designed in consultation with professionals, including teachers and doctors. Now, Mitra is ready to share this unique program with you.

Mitra believes that children are like angels and with the right upbringing and nourishment filled with love, care, and education they can grow to be outstanding members of society.

“None of us knows what our children will face in the future, so our most important task is to cultivate habits in children that would be engraved in them like a treasure and enlighten their lives forever,” Mitra says.

    Mehrsa Mastoori

    Mehrsa Mastoori
    Story Writer

Mehrsa is a student at BIHE University. She has always been fascinated by books and literature and how a writer’s imagination and feelings can touch someone deeply, so she tried to explain and describe her imaginations to others in the form of stories.  As a child, she wrote short stories and as she got older focused more on writing in a way that could convey her feelings to others.

Educating children is the most important factor in having a brighter society. This sensitive and delicate task, which is passed down from generation to generation, not only involves scientific issues and school lessons, but also includes the development of human emotions, such as empathy, love and unity.

Mehrsa says, “Children are becoming smarter, generation after generation. They have a greater understanding of the everyday issues they face. They show great abilities in identifying their surroundings, expressing their feelings, solving problems independently and understanding others, which is significantly different from previous generations.”  Mehrsa believes with this progress forward, we will see great development towards creating a better and fairer world.
